Waffallonia doesn't make just ordinary waffles. We make authentic Liège sugar waffles - the same ones that are served on the streets and in the cafes of Brussels, Antwerp, Bruges, and of course Liège.

Belgian pearl sugar is what makes the Liège waffle so special. These nibs caramelize in our heavy cast iron griddle and contribute a crunchy sweetness to the chewy dough.
